Any ideas what the problem may be and whether its worth fixing/calling out an engineer or should I just replace it since it is over 7 years old. Appreciate any thoughts, Thanks. You can try turning it off for 48hours with the doors open. If when when you turn it back on it cools down ok after a few hours then it is a defrost fault. If the problem then returns in a few weeks then you will need an engineer to fix the defrost system.
