    Hi..

    Having a problem and wondering if anyone can lend some assistance. We have a 5-year-old Samsung Fridge/Freezer model# SR-L3928BSS. Last night I noticed the fridge was not cooling anything, although the freezer appears to be working fine. I’ve read that this may be a problem with the fridge fan? I found some instructions to fix this issue, but it is a different model and I cannot access the listed panels.

    If anyone can give some assistance it would be much appreciated.

    Hi

    Turn the appliance off for 24 hours and then restart as normal,If the fault reoccurs then you have a defrost problem.
