I will give that a try – have to say – first prolblem we have had in 6 years although we have never used the Ice/water feature…..but wife had to have that feature – go figure 😮

right, I have removed the covers at the back of the fridge (eventually). I decided to do this when I saw the air flow spouts and that covered in ice. It was totally ice bound behind the panel.

I have read that there is a heater etc… for these type of frost free – but nothing jumps out when looking behind there. Has anybody got any pointers on what they look like and where to test (wire colours etc) on this model?

They delivered our replacement early (Saturday), however, this (FZ150) has all the seals deformed and it barely closes the door 🙁 or holds it closed. The supplier has offered us a Beko as a replacement as they have no more FZ’s in stock which I did look at but thought the drawers were exceedingly flimsy so if I can get this fixed quickly I will just get a refund and get them to collect this.

I realise this thread is a few years old now, but I’m having the same problem.
Have removed screws holding back panel at bottom of fridge but panel doesn’t wanna move. It was iced up in front. Will it simply be ice sticking it to the back of fridge or is there something else I need to do. Don’t wanna force it 🙂
