My first problem with this freezer was sorted very promptly by this forum back in Jan 2005. Hoping for the same this time round too.
The round flap which despaches the ice has come loose and is lying at the bottom of the chute. There is a small white “dowel” at the back of the flap but it appears to be broken. I cannot remove the flap from the chute and no idea how to gain access to it (I presume the front panel must come off somehow). Any idea how to gain access to replace the flap and where can I purchase a flap.
