    Hi, I found the defrost heater in freezer open circuit and replaced it. The lady has phoned me back and it has frosted up again. Any help please to what could be stopping it from going into defrost please?

    Hi

    Did you replace the defrost sensor?,Did you position the thermal fuse in the correct place ?.As was the position on the new evaperator assembly.

    How long ago did you change it ?

    I have only changed the heater. have you a part no. for the sensor please? many thanks

    As per Samsung site:-

    DA32-10109R Sensor
    DA47-10148J Thermal Fuse

    Hi

    The correct part number for the defrost sensor is DA32-00006U.

    When you got a new heater you got a new sensor and thermal fuse with it.
