My parents Samsung SR-S2028CSS american style fridge freezer has a problem. My Dad accidentally switched it off. It was off for around 9-10 hrs, but when switched back on it isn’t cold. I can’t set the temp on either the fridge or freezer. The buttons on the front i.e. freezer temp, fridge temp, vacation, quick freeze, all do nothing. All that shows it is on is the lights coming on inside when the door is opened & the top line of the green figure 8 on the fridge temp lcd.
HELP!!!
