I HAVE A PROBLEM, WHICH I AM SURE IS A HEATER ELEMENT OF SOME SORT.
THE FRIDGE WILL TRIP THE ELECTRIC BREAKER ON MY MAIN BOARD WITHIN 3 SECONDS OF SWITCHING ON THE FRIDGE/FREEZER ISOLATOR.
THERE IS A SMALL TRICKLE OF WATER CONSTANTLY IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FRIDGE THAT LEAVES A RUSTY STAIN UNDER THE VEGETABLE DRAWER ON THE FLOOR OF THE FRIDGE.
I DONT KNOW IF THE TWO THINGS ARE LINKED, BUT I COULD DO WITH SOME HELP PLEASE?
THANKS IN ADVANCE
Re: SAMSUNG SR-S2028CSS TRIPPING CIRCUIT BREAKER AND LEAKS
Thanks Bryan, i have emailed you as requested
While i am on, i was greeted this morning by water all over the floor, freezer thawing ice maker pouring, and no noise from any fans or compressor, so after cleaning up, i switched off at the mains, then switched back on, and its working ok again now, but i dont know for how long???
Re: SAMSUNG SR-S2028CSS TRIPPING CIRCUIT BREAKER AND LEAKS
Around 10-12 hours. Untill the next defrost cycle. Fridge heaters fail and are known to burst the refrigeration circuit if not replaced. Seen as the circuit is charged with a flammable gas this of course is a bad thing. Get tht heater changed.
