Am having problems with our Samsung fridge/freezer very similar to others mentioned in this forum. ie: display shows fridge and freezer temperature required but actual temerature is higher and switching the unit off and on starts the compressor again until the desired temperature is reached, then process has to be re-started. From reading comments in this forum I have tested the unit behind the chiller boxes and found the defrost heater is faulty. Can a replacement heater be obtained or does it require a complete evaporator and heater which I guess requires an engineer visit. ?
