samsung sr-s2028cvw trips rcd

I have moved the fridge/freezer to a new location plugged it in started up all fine, fridge reaches correct temp but as soon as the freezer reaches it temp it trips out the RCD. I have tried this several times always the same result, can anyone help.

Hi Paul
When you moved the appliance was there any water about? from de-frosting, and did it spill onto any electrics?
Try running the appliance from another socket and see if the fault re-occurs, if you use an extension cable then make sure it has an earth wire (3 core)
Remember “plug out” if you poke about 😉
