Samsung SRL3616B – works at the start but won’t after that

I have a Samsung SRL3116b frdige freezer.
The fridge works fine when switched on initially and after a while it goes to standby.
However, despite the temperature dropping it never cools again unless one turns it off and on again.
Can you help me:
– is this definately the thermostat ?
– or the thermo fuse assembly
– do you know where any good manuals are for diagnosing
– how can I contact samsung to get help
– where can I get the spare parts ?
I have searched the web many times with no joy

Hi

The problem will most likely be within the defrost area,either the defrost sensor or the defrost heater.

I can supply the spares if required.

I have the same problem, did you find out the reason?

Mine stops working altogether and pressing the power or ref.temp buttons does nothing. I have to switch of at the wall and wait a few minutes!
