samsung srl3916bss problem

i have got one which is fine until you turn it off. when turned back on i got some kind of error code.

the appl has on the facia from left to right an on/off button 5 led’s and a temp button

the error code was the 3rd led flashing and nothing else worked, if left for about 24hrs the appl would start to work againg.

any ideas???

remove rear in freezer 4 screws ,remove 2screws fan unplug connectors plus the 8way back left side near motor flap remove cover to expose the evap,you will find defrost heater on evap is o/c you properly have to change evap with heater as it may not come as a part + regas
