Samsung srl629 not working

Hi guys help wanted please, the problem i have is my fridge freezer stops cooling so for instance the diplay is showing freezer -18 fridge 2 but the fridge + freezer temp is much higher because the stuff in freezer starts to go soft.When i turn power off/on from mains it kick starts and it starts to work and then the display will read eg, freezer -2 fridge 6 until it goes down to to preset temp it stops and will not restart by itself untill i switch off/on.
Model samsung srl629evss.

Defrost thermal fuse or defrost heater faulty and will need replacing.

Hello Sid7777. Although it’s about 2 years ago, I face the same problem with my sr-l629evss. Did the suggested exchange of parts resolve the problem and did you replace them on both the fridge and the freezer?
