My problem is this. I have a three year old Samsung side by side srs2028 the display show a temp of -18 for the freezer and 0 for the fridge, only one of the controls buttons work on the front panel which is the freezer temp button if I hold this button for 5 seconds or more the panel lock light lights up, and it will go off if I repeat the button hold. I have tried unpluging from the wall to see if that resets the system but I still get the same problem. I have also tried to press a cobination of buttons but still nothing. If I open either of the doors the door light lights up and after a while I will get the beep beep warning that a door is open.
Any help with this problem would be a great help to me as I cannot find a local repairer.
