Hello i have this samsung Side by side fridge freezer the problem is that the display says that the fride and the frezzer are a temp but they both are at room temp. The compressor does not come on. I have tried to see if there are any error codes by pressing the relevnet buttons to get into dianostics but there are no code in there. THe customer said that it will sometimes come on for about 1/2 hour but then turns off and defrost. i have read alot of threads about the defrost circuit could this be the problem with this one Please help Urgent ???????????????????????/

reading your post i assume it gets to temp then cuts out and stays off. the machine shows the last recorded temp on defrost.i have had faults like this before gen o/c heater or thermal fuse the cause as it cuts out and waits for temp rise to cut back in if no heater then takes forever and defrosts.
