I recently had a problem described here, Samsung RL33SBSW or RL33SB or RL33 with buzzing noise and flashing diagnostic lights. Temperature in refrigerator and freezer was colder than it should be (about -5C, -25C; a cheap refrigerator thermometer, or a meat thermometer with a probe on a cable, are useful here). Most grateful to find the solution (article “Samsung RL33SBSW buzzing – how to open evaporator cover?” – 10 minutes saved me a £100-£200 repair on a £300 appliance! Took drawers out without emptying, covered with newspaper to insulate, repaired, replaced; no need to discard food.
While I had the freezer drawers out I noticed that the left-hand drawer rollers turned smoothly, but the right-hand ones were a bit stiff. I’ve seen comments that the freezer drawers on some Samsungs are rather stiff, which I’ve noticed. The rollers are just screwed into the plastic side with self-tapping screws. Eased off the screws a little – now drawers move much more smoothly. I don’t know if they were just over-tightened at the factory, or if repeated use tightens the right-hand rollers (and presumably loosens the left-hand ones?).
