Just a quick heads up-if anyone out there has these units, there have been quite a few reports of poor suction and the base of the unit melting/ burning carpets.
As the units can only be purchased from Argos, Samsung have agreed with Argos (since Samsung dont have a repair centre for vacs) that the units should automatically be returned to the Argos store it was purchased from.
