samsung w/d

samsung wdi12c will not spin, tried it on rinse it fills then no motor action but when i stop it the motor starts to wash, drains ok theres a buzzing noise from the pcb when on spin, thinking its the pcb but its expensive so want to b sure, anyone had this problem?
