Samsung W/M stator +Hall

I need the part numbers for the stator and Hall.
I cannot find this model number maybe I took it down wrong
WF80F5U4X/EU. Why do they have to have such long numbers
The drum shudders as if the drum is jammed,
I will replace the hall if that does not work I will change the stator.
Or would you just change stator first.

Sorry my mistake, it has a normal motor not a stator on tub.
User was going to collect kids from school so I did not have time to check.
They are going to call Samsung In case it’s the motor which has a 10 year guarantee
