samsung washer/drier help,WD1704RJE

hi guys,was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
got a samsung,washer/drier,model WD1704RJE,about 5 years old.
the problem is about an hour into the drying cycle the error code [be2] comes up,appaerntly stuck button error code,then goes off after a minute and the cycle continues,there is heat there but when finished the clothes are still damp and musky.
i have changed the thermostat and cleaned all the buttons but none seem to be sticking,ran vinegar threw the machine that helped with the musky smell.
anyone got anything else i can try before calling someone out.
