    Samsung WD80J6410AX – customer reports a DC error that wont clear

    Over load / balance error. We advise customer to remove all the laundry and try again.

    As soon as he presses start a DC error is shown in the display.

    We are going out on Thursday to repair, anyone had this fault?

    This was a door interlock fault – replaced interlock
