samsung washer dryer wd80 dc code

Called to samsung WD80J5410AW/EU washer dryer. Machine shows dC error code the moment you press start ( even when empty ). I’m not familiar with samsung but since found this is out of balance load. Machine has a direct drive motor , similar to LG but as machine is not even attempting to start i,m not sure where to look.Is there an oob switch or a hall sensor ? If hall sensor surely it would try and turn first ?ANY advise taken
Unfortunatly at the time of visit i didn’t know what dC code meant and customer informed me it was door lock so is ended up testing the wrong thing

The customer is correct it is a door lock error.

In that case its probabley door interlock i guess ?
So much for my googleing skills !!, am i correct that on some models the dC code relates to out of balance ?
