This machine has been excellent till recently when the clothes have suddenly started coming out damp when being dried. Also, steam comes from the drum when the door is opened. A Samsung engineer has been. He changed the complete blower assembly and also checked for blockages in the plastic venting attached to the back of the blower assembly which he removed and flushed through though it seemed ok. The problem still persists but, before I call Samsung again, I wondered if anyone has any other ideas what the problem might be. Does this machine have a condenser and could that be the issue? I can’t find any more info online about the internals (and I am by no means an expert on the workings of my washer dryer). Any assistance would be most welcome 🙂 I should add that my missus does know to put a smaller load in for drying and has not changed what she usually puts in for drying.

all washer dryers have to take in a small amount of cold water to condense the steam. if this does not work you are left with hot steamy clothes
