    Hi,

    My Samsung wd12j8400gw has just developed a 3E (motor error) code.

    There seems to be some additional info in the display. Does anyone know what this means? (I cant find a repair manual).

    Either your control board or motor has failed. Does the drum have a slight shake side to side when you try start it?
