samsung washer motor problem

machine has motor problems. unit is fitted with 3 phase motor and when it tries to start drum oscillates for a second and then goes. indicates to me that motor is only getting 2 phases

motor has a 10 year warranty. I think the board is more likely at fault but its rather expensive (connect £84 +vat) to get it wrong

anyone had any experience of this

dave my samsung dose the same thing always has done from brand new I thought that it was supposed to
