Samsung Washer Spares

Does anyone know where to get spares for a Samsung Q1235 washing machine? I have been asked to find the price of the housing to which the drain and recirculating pumps are attached. I did a Google search of UK sites but only came up with a US site.

We can get them from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and if they’re in stock with Samsung they’re not too bad really, a few days wait. If they’re not in stock, how long’s a piece of string? 😕

Thanks. I have tried to register and I received the email to activate my registration but when I click on it I get the following:

Should I attempt to register again or try the activation later? ❓

Hi, that looks like a timeout error, you have to respond to an email within 24 hours. If you re-register it should be fine.

You can send an email to that address without registration though.
