You’ll be doing all the singing and dancing when it goes wrong. Try looking at Bosch or our own top rated ISE machine. 😉

KeymasterA national insurer called us up the other day and asks, “do you repair Samsung machines?”, of course the answer was no.
Next coment from the poor chap was, “funny everybody says that as they can’t get parts or they’ve had hassles.”
Enough said really.

We are main service agents for Samsung and to be honest they are ok as machines go but nothing special. The all singing all dancing versions dont add much to the basics of the machine but additional price and IMO the machines arent built to last long periods.
Indeed, I am aware currently of a Samsung model where a certain part is obsolete despite the units still being under warranty. Machines with this particular fault are having to be exchanged.
The real question to be asked here is what type of wash and aftersales service are you after, and how much do you want to spend achieving it.
If your after a triple A rated wash and want a good quality reliable machine with second to none aftersales service that is going to be good for 7 to 10 years of useful life and can afford it, the ISE appliance is the defo the way to go.
It comes with a built in 5 year parts and labour warranty for your protection and peace of mind. It will be delivered, installed and demonstrated in the price and any future aftersales service will be provided a a trusted, experienced and reliable local service company.
There are not many machine out there offering this level of service, reliability and guarantee, including your Bosch etc.
As a rule of thumb, I advise customers to spend approx £125.00 per year they want the machine to last. So on this basis budget £625 or so for a machine you want to last say a good 5 years.
Using this method and applying it to the Samsung machine at £250, great as long as you can afford to replace it every 2 years or so.
As you can see, the ISE appliance at £499 is excellent value for money and before you ask, nope we dont retail them (yet!)
Best regards
