How many times has this been proven bout Samsung, they are S{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}£@, I worked on Samsung for years now, and my partner desided to provide a replacement washing machine as a Samsung, whent to install it,and as soon as we turned the water on it just kept filling without it even been plugged in, brand new out the box,tried to get through to Samsung to see if they can help, but my God, there technical support( a lady sitting with a book with error codes), keeps asking if there is an error code, and trying to explain its not plugged in didn’t work either. Finaly gave up and booked an appointment with them to come out and see what the problem is, as we already took the old appliance out and installed the new one, with allot of stairs to climb, I wasn’t gonna take it out again, luckily the property is empty at the moment. They said they will get some one to phone us back in 24h, but for them to come out, pending……..
