Hi I was called to a Samsung washing m/c a couple of weeks ago (I don’t have the model no to hand at the moment) and it was giving error sud and so i told customer not to use as much detergent and told her to do a maintenance wash at 90 degrees. She has rang me now and says it’s happening again and she says its not sudsing up. Has anyone come across this before as I have not worked on a samsung before and also how does the m/c detect this.
