    Can somebody please help!

I have been out to this machine twice now and just can’t find the fault. It is a Samsung washing Machine model P1253GW/XEU.

What happens is this, when you put it on any wash cycle the water will run in as normal then stops and nothing happens. When you put it on a spin cycle it will work fine, will drain the water and do its full spin.

First thing I did was checked that the pressure chamber and hose isn’t blocked, that was fine.Second thought was heating element or thermostir, had spares on the van so quickly popped that in and still the same. Then I thought, because no error code comes up it must be the pcb.Ordered that and replaced that this week, but still no change.

I am cluelus, can somebody please help or have any one came accross this before.

You do not say how old the machine is but I have had simular problems and it was the loom.
