Samsung washing machine WW80J5555FX/EU won’t start – displaying two different errors

Hi there,

We’ve been out to a Samsung EcoBubble washing machine WW80J5555FX/EU which won’t start. It’s displaying one of two different error codes when you shut the door and try to select a programme: DC (imbalanced load) and OE (overfill detected). The machine was empty on testing so no load imbalance and we’ve checked the pipes and pressure switch etc but can’t see any issue there either.

With it being two alternating error codes, are we safe to assume there might be a PCB error?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same sort of problem with same machine – it is showing dC which says load imbalance or something catching in the door. I can’t find anything obvious, it won’t start, tried to recalibrate which simply refuses to co operate. What did you do to resolve it?
