    Hi all

The first call to this machine was for a HE2 fault – it apparently wouldn’t heat on either wash or dry cycles, When checking it through I could find no problem with the wash heater but the drying one had tripped its TOC which I reset (believe that a power cut may have been the cause of the trip), after test I found both dry and wash cycles to work.

I have just received a call back to be told that neither work again and that the customer (builder electrician) has already checked the TOC and it is not tripped and no error codes.

Apart from stripping the condenser out to check for blockages are there any known problems with these and what are the nominal values of the NTCs – even better would someone have a service manual for this?

    Thank you

    Jem

P.S. It has come from Taiwan which is why it may not show up on British databases instantly.
