    Went out to this machine last week to change the door seal. I did a function test and everything was fine. Now, a few days later, customer reports a ‘dC’ error code. Any ideas before I go back on Friday?
    I know ‘dC’ can be door lock or unbalanced load.

    Door lock was indeed faulty. I fitted a pattern part and it did lock but wouldn’t unlock. Had to use the toggle to release. So either I was unlucky or maybe really only use genuine door lock, which unfortunately is very pricey.
