The customer reported a 3C error.
When I tested the w/m the circulating pump isn’t running. Its humming.
Could this cause a 3C error?
Also Connect and Qualtex show a single pump SAMDC3100181A .
Are the drain pump and circulating pump the same?
And is the pump wattage important?

Yes think both pumps are the same, but 3C is a motor error.
Can be brushes, but they’re also known for wires breaking on the motor harness, plus the boards fail.
Samsung is overpriced crap.

The motor runs and she said it works on quick wash.

Connect list a direct drive motor.

I forgot to mention it is pausing through the program and will continue when the start button is pressed.
It works OK on Daily Wash.

recirc pump wont cause any fault codes

Samsung boards are also prone to failure and because they pot the boards with a gel any component gatting hot cannot get rid of the heat

Pausing mid cycle is a known PCB fault.

Our customer wants this repairing. Do you know the part number of the PCB?

If you put the model into qualtex or Aswo it should give you the part.

I am away till Monday so no access to desktop computer

Think it’s DC92-01928H
Qualtex doesn’t have it, but Aswo does. Much cheaper but slower on eBay.
