went to this yesterday and found stat had tripped so cleared out fluff on airways but to be honest hardly any there as its so new and reset it. called again today saying its doing the same thing so not sure what next, dont really have much doings with samsung. all elements etc were ok.

They are turning the appliance off before they allow the cooling off period to finish which means the heat box isn’t cooing down and the heat is transferring to the toc.

i have a customer with the same fault on a wd8704rja xeu 01. The customer has advised me that they don’t turn the machine off before the end of cycle.
The ducting has been cleared and the stats have been changed in case of any issues with them.
The drying cycle seems to be running OK although i haven’t seen the dryer water inlet valve opening but the valve itself tests on for continuity (im not to sure how long it takes to first open.)
The blower motor seems to be fast enough and the airflow is ok.

Not to sure where to go now other than replacing the thermistor in case faulty, although im aware if it was to far out the machine would show the “te2” fault.
also is it possible / common for faults in the loom or motor causing the blower to stop as i have noticed that if it is disconnected there is no errors shown.

any help would be grate

It’s the whole assy including new fan motor and element ,ntc etc ,the narrowest part of the metal duct collects fluff and holds heat and you can’t get to it to clean
