    WD90J6410AW/EU won’t fill on anything apart from 15 minute quick wash and rinse/spin. Don’t know these very well so went over the entire machine methodically with DVM and megger. No faults found. Probably missed out a couple of components. Wasn’t able to get into diagnostic mode as buttons 3 & 4 on resulted in spinny symbol for a couple of seconds followed by :-.

    Had to leave it as my ears were ringing from the ‘Samsung song’ playing for the hundredth time.

    Any ideas?

    assume you checked solenoids on water valve?

    This may have been where I made an assumption…………..the machine would run on the quick wash setting so I assumed the primary fill solenoid was working OK. Unless it uses an alternative solenoid to the usual fill!
