Hi All
This Washer dryer is washing perfectly fine but when it comes to drying the customer is complaining that the clothes are coming out wetter than after the end of a wash cycle.
I have already taken the condensor out and checked it (A pig of a job) and have checked the continuity and insulation resistance of all the drying components with nothing untoward found, when I tested the machine I found that it will run both the fan and the drying heater but at no point did it attempt to activate the water valves.
Does any one have any service information or test routines for this please especially as it has got the 2 motor setup with the agitator at the back of the drum.Thank you
