samsung wf1124xac washing machine 3E error

i went out to a samsung wf1124xac washing machine flashing 3E error reported by the customer. i could not get it to fault. she tried it again and said 10 mins into wash it faulted to 3E. this machine has a induction type motor. has anyone had this fault before?

If it’s the direct drive machine, I think error code 3e relates to motor harness faults or bad connections.

This model does not have a direct drive motor.
The motor stutters at the beginning of a rotation then it turns. After a couple of minutes the motor stutters and doesn’t turn.
Anyone point us in the right direction.

I did say IF, check motor tacho & circuit. Listed as a motor fault.

all these type of motors use an electronically generated 3 phase supply to form a revolving magnetic field. loose one phase and it stutters between the 2. if there is no load it will start sometimes but with a load in it will fail all the time
if its not a motor coil or harness then most likely a board fault
