    Please help!
    I have a Samsung washer that I brought back to the UK from Canada.
    Unfortunately I purchased a 240-120 transformer but it was 50 hz where the washer is 120v 60hz.
    Initially the machine seemed to work fine but today there was a bang noise and now
    the machine has an error code that says “communication error between the MAIN PBA and the INVERTE PBA”
    The machine seems to have frozen.
    Does this mean that the main board has gone?
    If so does anyone know how to obtain a replacement?

    could be both boards

    and you have to find out if another component within the machine caused the failure
