    need to know if the above machine has 2 or 4 suspension struts. please Johnj

    looking for advice, the drum on this machine load is 14k,when I took the top off, the drum doesn’t sit level it quite low at the back, although the machine appears to work ok and looking through the door the drum looks level,, I brought new suspension struts, but now not sure if its normal for the drum to sit low, would welcome any advise please. John

    These machines have 4 struts, not 2. It is pretty normal for the tub to look lower at the back, wouldn’t worry about that. What is the actual problem you were having with this?
