    A monster 14KG machine, customer reported not spinning, when i looked at it
    the drum bearings had a lot of play in them.
    I have never seen one of these its got a direct drive motor,
    would the faulty bearings cause it not to spin (no errror codes shown)
    and does anyone have the part numbers for the bearing kit.

    Worn bearings on these machines can definitely cause no spin.
    Can’t help with parts, sorry.
