Samsung WF70F5EOW4W washing machine

Going to this machine today, customer reports a 3E error. Anyone help with this error before I go?

I have seen the fault on this machine. Forget the 3E error. It came up when her husband had googled the fault.
The washer fills, drum tumbles and i can hear a circulating pump running then after a couple of minutes the drum and circulating pump stops.
The display stays illuminated and stops counting down.
Pressing the start button the washes continues to wash then at some point will pause again.
This continues through the program.
Anyone had this fault?
