    Hi all
I’ve just had a new Samsung washing machine delivered.
I thought that it would be nice to pay more money for quality.
I put the machine through it’s first wash, then saw a sock leave the drum and get stuck in the drum seal where it remained for the rest of the wash.
I have owned several machines over the years but never have I heard of this happening.
Does anyone else know of this problem ?
    Thanks
    Buster

Paying more is not always a guarantee of quality. 😉

They devour hankies and don’t ever think of using Dylon Colour Catchers in there! 🙁

Surprised those colour catchers don’t come with some sort of warning, I always tell customers to never use them

As for the original post I would advise using a wash bag for smaller items

Have you balanced the drum? I’ve never heard of this either. It’s in the booklet that came with it. It’s something to do with pressing two of the buttons on the display. I only know this after an engineer came out to replace the seal on my seven week old machine!! Let me know if you’ve had any problems with a disintegrating seal. I’m in a battle with them now as third seal gone after three months!!
