Had a customer ring to say the knob is turning really freely and will not select any programmes. Are the knobs on these machines just pushed on at the front or is it more likely to be broken on the module.
I haven’t been out to the machine as it’s a 100 mile round trip.
I can’t find any relevant spares for this machine on Connect.
