samsung wf8702rsw/xeu tE2 error

I have a samsung air refresh washer that is showing the te2 error.
i have replaced both the thermistors and still the error shows.

Can anyone shed any light on this before i get the loom or the pcb.

If definately seems like a temp sensor error so apart from checking for corroded connections or breaks in the loom I’m not sure what else to suggest

It’s a break in the loom ,pull your wires that go to the sensor and you should find ,butt connect the break and you are away

thanks for the conformation.
I think ill bypass the majority of the loom as it is fully, tightly bound with tape, also seems to be an intermittent fault so chances are it wont show when i get my meter our.

dose the te2 error relate to both wash and air refresh ntc or just one of them, just to make it quicker in future?
