Had a call for a Samsung WW10H9600EX. It’s an auto dose machine and it’s saying no Detergent or Softener yet both are full and customer thinks it’s not going into the machine.
I’ve not been out to it as I’m just seeing if there are any known issues or anything I can look for.
The settings show as auto detergent on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
