Hi, can anyone suggest any solutions to a fault on a Samsung washing machine,
model: ww12h8420ex/eu.
the customer reported she uses the quick/daily cycle, starts off ok, after just 10 minutes it pauses. she presses start, off it goes again for a few minutes, pauses again. this continues several times but eventually completes the cycle.
she tells me all other cycles work perfect???
any ideas?
