Customer has a Gen 2000 G2PDWS whirlpool dishwasher.
Complaining of grit left in glasses in the upper tray only and a milky residue left occasionally.
Motor seems fine on this one (unusual) and the internals are vey clean.
She didn’t have anything to see as it had all been rewashed :cry:.
They used salt until recently, and on interrogation it seems that the fault coincided with the salt running out.
I’ve left her with the advice of give it a couple of weeks regular washing with the salt refilled, if the results aren’t any better I’ll order a softie unit.
Its a guess either way but anyone had similar?
