Boys I have been living with this for a while now
The Fan does not seem to work. Above the cooler element inside the freezer there is a fan that I assume blows the cold air around the cabinet.
I thought the fan was choked with Ice as the door had been left open a while ago. So i defrosted it properly over a period of 4 days but to no avail
The condensers or pumps whatever they are called are OK… I am assuming that If I invoke a Fast Freeze the fans should work, I also see that the fan is listed as a spare part so maybe has known issues ?
Do any of you gifted individuals come across these otherwise smart devices
All help greatfully received.

Hi, the fan on this model and a few others is held on the motor shaft by a spring clip (similar to the type used on oven knobs).As the fan rotates it can creep back towards the motor over a period of time, causing the fan to bind against the rubber seal. This condition can cause the fan to slow,become intermittent or even stop. Just ease the fan forward on the shaft to remedy this problem. Motor and fan can be easily replaced if need be. Make sure appliance is isolated before doing any repairs. 😀
