Schreiber Freezer APP6403

I have a problem with my Schrieber integrated freezer APP6403.serial No 20042710808-036103009-03
It has stopped freezing.
I have turned the temp switch to max, And the red warning light flashes on/off and the buzzer sound is on.
I have pressed the fast freeze button, the amber led comes on, red led flashes on/off
I have looked at other postings, which suggest that the PCB has a problem with the relay,
I changed the 24volt relay on the PCB, to a 12v relay, but it has made no difference, and there is still no sound from the compressor.
any help please.

Is the fan at the front running if no its a new pcb

the fan is not working, as you say it must is the PCB,
do you know the replacement part Number and where I can get a replacement from.

thanks for your info,
purchased new PCB, the fan is now workiing, put the fast freeze on for 2 hours, but no sign of freezer working, does this mean that the compressor is faulty? how can I test it. or is there some other problem?
