Schreiber fridge hinges

Hope someone out there can help me!
I have a Schreiber built-under fridge, model APP6302, serial number 20023812444.
The hinges have broken and I’m not too sure which ones I should order.
I also wondered if it is possible to replace the entire door, as the bottom bottle tray is parting company with the actual door as well.
Or should I just give in and buy a new fridge???
